I love to take photos, because they freeze a single moment, capture an emotion or spot a tiny detail and preserve it for ever.

You can study the picture afterwards many times, and see much more details than you saw in the moment when you took the photo.

I like to capture the beauty of landscapes and nature. Not only the quiet and untouched parts, but also mankind build objects like houses, bridges and streets.

There are plenty of  boring pictures of synthetic smiling people. I'm more interested in capturing real emotions, taking photos which tell a story.

If a meal looks colourful and irresistible, I have to take a photo from it. Capturing the colours, textures and even the taste if I could.

Often a scene does not fit on a small sheet of paper. I love building huge panorama pictures showing the whole area from a place, with all the slightest details in it.
